Delete my data

You can have everything we hold about you deleted, whether or not you ever bought anything, and without an account.

What we hold

If you only used the free reading: nothing. Your birth details are processed in your browser and in the page URL — they aren't stored on our servers. Clearing your browser removes them.
If you bought a report: your email address, the birth details you entered for that report, and the generated report itself.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@ninetails.example from the address you used. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, as required under GDPR and CCPA. You can also request a copy of your data the same way.

A self-serve deletion button is planned. Until it ships, email is the route and it is honoured the same way.
