NineTails is a self-reflection tool built on Korean myeongni tradition. It describes temperament and timing patterns. It does not predict events, and nothing here should be used to make medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Purchases and refunds

Reports are one-time purchases in US dollars. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal, and the price shown at checkout is the total charged — nothing is added afterwards.

Refunds: email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund in full, no questions asked. Include the email address you used at checkout. We process refunds within 5 business days; your bank or PayPal may take a few days more to show it.

This applies even though the report is delivered immediately — we don't use instant delivery as a reason to refuse a refund.

Payment is handled by PayPal via PortOne. We never see or store your card details.
